• Our studio is located in Elmwood, OH on the corner of Locust St and Vine St. Address is 5901 Vine St 45216.
The studio is located on the second floor of a historic building. Unfortunately we do not have wheelchair access.

•Easy abundant street parking right next to building.

•Completely private, all white, almost 1500 square foot space. So you won't be sharing with anyone else. 

•Queen size bed with white bedding, sofa, miscellaneous plants, etc available for use or can be moved for a completely blank slate.

•Blackout window shades.

•Kitchenette area with full size fridge, sink.

Interested in renting our space for something other than a photoshoot? Workshop, classes, etc? Reach out to us on our contact form to receive more info! We'd love to have you! If interested in using the space for a wedding day suite to get ready, please reach out prior to booking, a minimum number of hours is required. 

Not a photographer?

Set-up and breakdown must be accounted for in the amount of time that you reserve. Please be sure to rent enough time to prepare for your session(s) including any backdrops, artists/stylists, etc, as well as time to clean up the space. We ask that you treat this space as if it were your own, with care and respect. Please leave the space in the same way that you came, as there may be another photographer scheduled after your time slot.

We highly recommend renting two hours if planning to fill the tub as it takes quite a bit of time to fill and drain, and must be wiped out and clean before the next rental. 

IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME AND GO INTO SOMEONE ELSE'S SCHEDULED TIME, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED FOR THE NEXT HOUR, AS WELL AS ANY LOSSES THE NEXT PHOTOGRAPHER/CLIENT MAY HAVE INCURRED. 

SET UP TIME/CLEAN UP?

Yes, we kindly ask that you have no more than 6 people for a session. If you plan to have more please sure to select the large group rate add-on when booking.

is there a person limit?

Yes! Need to use some images to show clients or post to promote your session? Feel free to use any that are on our site! If you would like high-res images, please feel free to reach out.

Can i use images from your site to promote it?

Interested in having a photo shoot at our space but don't have a photographer yet, reach out and we can give you recommendations! Due to liability reasons, the space must be rented by the photographer if a shoot is to take place. Please have your photographer reach out to reserve a time slot.

I want to have my photos done there. can i book it?

First and foremost. You guys, this is an all white room. Yes, we understand that normal wear and tear is expected. Yes, we sweep and mop every single day. But it is your responsibility to help keep it nice and white. We've sadly had some issues already where people don't respect the space.

We are photographers ourselves and have been using this space for months prior to opening it up to others. We know how much wear and tear to expect from sessions of all types. We've also had white floors in our personal first floor studio for two years. 

You are required to educate your clients!!! They don't know if you don't tell them. Please have them clean their shoes well before entering. If they will be walking through snow/rain/etc, have them bring a change of shoes that they can swap at the door. This helps keep the floors clean not only for us, but for you and all of your session(s).

You (yes, you) and your clients are responsible for watching children. They are not to slide across the floor, they are not to color on the floor, etc etc etc. It's crazy that we even have to say this. Please let parents know that children need to be closely monitored in order to keep this space clean. 

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINKS ON THE BED OR FURNITURE. If you are doing a holiday cookie type shoot in bed, please bring your own bedding. 

ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER. THIS INCLUDES HOLIDAY DECORATIONS. 

No pets. Due to liability reasons. And allergies, etc. 

Please leave the space how you found it. This includes sweeping up any messes, etc. Wiping up any large marks on the floor. It is very easy to clean! Please just take a few moments at the end of your rental to make sure the next photographer has a clean work space! Most likely there is someone renting after you and they hope to find the space in the same condition that you did.

If you think this list is excessive, we encourage you to look up other white studios and their costs + rules and regulations. We promise we are actually super laid back people and don't ask much. We've worked incredibly hard on this space. PLEASE TREAT IT LIKE IT IS YOUR HOME. And for the record, for the most part we've had amazing renters! 

some basic rules

Our contract goes over allllll the details. But we'll touch on a few things before you get that far, just so you have a heads up! 

This space is designed for one photographer only. Having an assistant is fine! If you would like to do a shoot with multiple photographers, please reach out prior to booking.

We highly suggest booking at least 2 hours if planning to fill the tub. Bathtub must be drained and cleaned before your appointment time ends and the next rental. 

Payment is due at the time of booking. It is non-refundable in order to retain the space for your use. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to rebook your time slot with no additional fee.

Please no pets. Please no glitter. No smoke bombs, sparklers, etc. Cake smashes must take place on background paper or something similar provided by yourself.
